| Fellowship Coffee Cake- Carol Moorman 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 3/4 cup chopped pecans 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 2/3 cup melted butter 1 pkg yellow cake mix 1 cup water 1/2 cup cooking oil 3 eggs Powdered Sugar icing: 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla water |
Combine cracker crumbs, nets, brown sugar & cinnamon.
Stir in melted butter and set aside. In mixing bowl combine
cake mix, water, oil & eggs. Beat on med speed for about 2
minutes or until moistened. Pour 1/2 batter in greased 13X9
pan and sprinkle with 1/2 of the streusel mix. Repeat with the
remaining batter and streusel mix. Bake at 350 for 35-40
minutes. Pour icing over cake.
